American-Made. Craftsmanship at Its Finest.

USA Premium Leather Furniture is proudly 100% women-owned and family-led, carrying forward a tradition of American craftsmanship for over three generations.  Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, our company has been handcrafting fine leather seating since 1989.

Every piece we build reflects the artistry of our dedicated craftspeople—skilled men and women who bring decades of experience to each frame, spring, and stitch. Their expertise transforms the world’s finest raw materials into furniture designed to last for generations.

Our Materials:

  • Leather: We use only 100% top-grain, aniline-dyed leather, sourced from free-range cattle in Argentina. These hides are naturally durable, never corrected or split, and age beautifully in today’s homes.

  • Frames: Built from 100% kiln-dried domestic hardwood, stapled and corner-blocked for strength.

  • Springs & Seating: True 8-way hand-tied springs paired with coil-on-coil construction deliver unmatched comfort and support.

  • Cushions: Muslin-wrapped innerspring coils and down-blend toppers create a luxurious, resilient sit.

  • Finishes: Authentic antique brass nails from Germany, hand-applied with care.

Being women-owned is not just a designation—it’s part of our identity. It influences how we lead, the values we uphold, and the relationships we build with our partners and customers. We believe in:

  • Quality without compromise – every piece is American-made in our Salt Lake City workshop.

  • Respect for craft – honoring traditional methods while embracing modern comfort.

  • Family & legacy – sustaining a business built on care, integrity, and innovation.

Our mission is to deliver high quality leather furniture to the consumer at an incredible price. Put simply, the best-made leather furniture at the greatest value.

What is Eight-Way Hand Tied?

When you hear “Eight-Way Hand-Tied,” it means true craftsmanship. Each coil is individually secured by hand in eight different directions—front to back, side to side, and diagonally. This time-honored process creates consistent support across the seat, minimizes sagging over time, and delivers a level of comfort that lasts for years.

True Eight-Way Hand-Tied coil springs are the result of a meticulous, labor-intensive process. Because each tie is done by hand, no two seats are exactly alike, and the end result is stronger, more resilient, and far more durable than machine-made alternatives.

Unlike drop-in or machine-tied systems, which are pre-assembled and simply fastened into the frame, true Eight-Way Hand-Tied springs flex and respond individually to weight and movement. This means you don’t just sit on the furniture—you experience balanced support that adapts to you.

For generations, fine furniture makers have relied on this method as a hallmark of lasting quality. Investing in Eight-Way Hand-Tied seating isn’t just about comfort today—it’s about owning a piece that will maintain its structure, beauty, and comfort for years to come.
